About Us

The Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City opened its doors in July of 2002. We are owned and overseen by a group of more more than a dozen community veterinary hospitals. Our goal is to provide a superior client experience while offering high quality emergency medicine and critical care.

We understand that bringing your pet to an unfamiliar veterinarian in an emergency situation can be stressful. Our doctors and staff will make every effort to help you and your pet be comfortable. We will answer any question you may have regarding your pet's medical condition and any tests or treatments that may be necessary. We feel that when you have a more complete understanding of your pet's illness, you are able to make the choices that allow us to help you in the best way possible.

We will provide your regular veterinarian with complete medical records following your pet's visit. Continuity of care between your pet's doctors is essential for the best treatment.
